By starting with this in-depth evaluation, we ensure that every recommendation is purposeful and designed to help you achieve lasting results. From there we will work together to determine which plan best suits your needs. Let’s take the first step toward better health together!

As an added benefit of your membership, acute care appointments are shareable with family members or close friends. Whether it’s a spouse with a sudden cold or a child needing support for a minor issue, you can extend your access to care to the people you care about most.

Specialty Lab Access
Exclusive access to an extensive network of specialty and functional lab tests, including advanced panels for gut health, hormones, toxic burden, nutrient status, metabolic function, and more. As you transition to maintenance, support your health by running labs several times a year . Members have the ability to self-order labs at any time, allowing for greater autonomy and proactive health management.

Results Review Videos
Personalized video reviews following new, complex, or high-impact lab results sent to your client portal. Giving you the freedom to watch at your convenience and revisit the information as needed. Each video is designed to reinforce education, clarify key findings, and prepare you for your next step — whether that’s a protocol update, follow-up visit, or new testing recommendation.

Client Portal & Messaging
Direct messaging through your secure client portal, easily staying connected and supported between visits. Utilize messaging to ask follow-up questions about your care plan, clarify supplement instructions, or share updates on symptoms, travel, and lifestyle changes. You can also upload or share lab results from outside providers, view your office notes and visit summaries.

Monthly Live Talks
Live virtual teaching talks with opportunity for Q&A, held 1–2 times per month. These sessions offer an opportunity to dive deeper into the topics that matter most to your health journey — including hormone balance, gut restoration, peptide therapy, detoxification, and much more. Recordings of live talks can be viewed on the Membership Site.

Fullscript Discount
Enjoy a 20% discount on all supplement orders through our Fullscript platform, a professional-grade dispensary offering the highest-quality, practitioner-vetted products. Your personalized protocols will be conveniently uploaded to your client portal. On average, members save $200 to $400 depending on individual protocol needs and usage.
Membership Commitment and Cancellation Policy
At Orion Wellness, our membership plans are designed as 12-month commitments — because true healing takes time. Functional medicine is a partnership, and meaningful change often requires months of thoughtful testing, treatment, and adjustment. Your annual membership supports that process, ensuring the continuity and depth of care needed to reach lasting results.
Membership Cancellation Terms
- A final billing of 3 months will be applied at the time of cancellation
- You will continue to receive access to your membership services for those remaining 3 months
- After that period, your membership will conclude, and no further charges will occur
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via your secure patient portal or email
This policy helps cover the upfront time, planning, and resources that go into building your care — including individualized protocols, lab interpretation, messaging, and provider support. We understand life can change. If you’re experiencing a unique situation, please reach out and we’ll do our best to support you.
Medical Emergencies
Direct Care Services
We are a direct care practice and do not file with insurance.
Payment is due at the time of the visit. Any additional fees associated with labs will be discussed with the patient/parents prior to the lab draw/specimen collection, and payment is collected at the time of testing. Labs may be covered by insurance plans for many patients with traditional insurance.
We are considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. We are happy to provide a detailed receipt including diagnosis codes (a “superbill”) upon request for you to file with your own insurance carrier for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement depends on each individual insurance policy.
Medicare/Medicaid will not reimburse patients for direct primary.
